 Although our two Petworth communities (Griffin and 3825 Georgia) have a few apartments becoming available in late August and mid-September, unfortunately there are no apartments currently empty to show at either of those buildings.
  
 So please only request appointments for your clients who would like to view Highland Park in-person.
  
 If your clients want a Petworth community we can only email with them to provide floorplans and photos.
  
 THIS COMMUNITY ACCEPTS TOURS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. USALLY CANNOT ACCOMODATE SAME DAY TOURS. The leasing agents also give tours at Griffin and 3825Georgia     
 
 Please be advised that we only have Jr. 1 bedrooms that are below $2,100. Although our Website is not able to list some of the 1 bedrooms with the title of “Junior” or “Jr.” please be advised that any time a 1 bedroom is listed under $2,100 that typically means it is probably a Junior 1 bedroom or very small 1 bedroom. Our large or full size 1 bedrooms are typically priced around $2,200 or above $2,100 and up to even as high as $2,500. Just an fyi so that you can explain that to your clients if they want to stay under $2,100. Then they are looking for a Jr. at Highland Park (typically).</div>
