For <span class="il">the</span> price, size and lighting, this is a great value. Units have <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'trebuchet ms', sans-serif; font-size: small; line-height: normal;">awkward small microwaves (barbie house small) but are decent in terms of open floor plans and space (used to be a hotel so the bathrooms are still great even for classic styles).</span></div>

<div class="gmail_default" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12.8px; line-height: normal; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;"><strong><u>Renovated</u></strong> -  <span class="il">The</span> renovated hallways were a huge plus and make a significant difference to <span class="il">the</span> "feel" of <span class="il">the</span> building. <span class="il">The</span> unit interiors are gorgeous. <span class="il">The</span> wood-like flooring throughout, new stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry, granite in <span class="il">the </span>kitchen and bathroom, high counters in bathrooms, new thermostats - all excellent features. <span class="il">The</span> views were really nice too on <span class="il">the</span> higher floors. For <span class="il">the</span> price and quality, these units are of fantastic value too. <span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: 'trebuchet ms', sans-serif; font-size: small; line-height: normal;">The studio with sleeping alcove is awesome - $1210. The 3 bedroom for $2250 is FABULOUS! Check out the photos of the 3 bedroom living/patio/kitchen area below!!! </span></div>
