 OSLO properties (OSLOShaw and OSLOAtlas) are a co-living design, meaning residents of a unit share common space with others. That includes kitchen and living areas, while still keeping their own private bedroom and bathrooms. 
 
 Everyone in the apartment is on the lease together, and everyone is jointly and severally liable for rent. They all pay rent to the landlord of the building through our online portal, AppFolio. It's up to the tenants to decide how to 
 split the rent among the different bedrooms, as each bedroom is a little bit different in shape and location in the building.
 
 Current residents are given the option to re-sign so it would be rare to find a unit completely vacated by all current residents at the end of the lease. Usually at least one opts to re-sign. 
 
 >OSLOShaw has three (3) 3-bedroom units and six (6) 4-bedroom units. 
 >OSLOAtlas has eight (8) 5-bedroom units.
 
 The agreement with Padfinders is to accept individual referrals to join existing ambassador apartments, or full groups of 5 to join a 5BR/5BA apartment. Marketing fee is applied to the monthly rent of the individual bedroom that is filled. You would reach out to the contacts listed or the general email and they will put you in contact with the Ambassador of the units with available bedrooms. NOTE: Do not anticipate an immediate response or expect to set an urgent tour as the Ambassadors have requested to be provided with the information and allowed discretion on when they can make contact.

 Hendrix is a sister property and their format is different. Even though the concept is similar in that the apartment has shared common space, an entire unit can be rented.
