<div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: normal;">Units have been renovated. Wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, modern tile back splash and granite counters.</div>

<div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: normal;">Pros are the renovations, roof top pool, garage parking and proximity to metro. This is a secured access building with a concierge and the staff are all very helpful.</div>

<div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: normal;">Cons are the location (sort of in between neighborhoods) but about a 10 minute walk to DuPont which in my opinion isn't bad at all, pricing is generally high and they rarely offer specials. Also this community is great because they have three bedrooms but if someone doesn't like what they have we really don't have much to send as back up of that size.</div>

<div style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; line-height: normal;">Renee and Hannah are great! The leasing office is open Monday-Friday between 10 and 6. Saturday hours are between 10 and 5 and they are <b>closed on Sundays!</b></div>
