<div>Although our two Petworth communities (Griffin and 3825 Georgia) have a few apartments becoming available in late August and mid-September, unfortunately there are no apartments currently empty to show at either of those buildings.

<br />So please only request appointments for your clients who would like to view Highland Park in-person.
<br />If your clients want a Petworth community we can only email with them to provide floorplans and photos.</div>

		<li>24-48 hour notice REQUIRED for tours at this community. [There are no leasing agents at the community. They must come over from Highland Park.]</li>
		<li>Tours at this community - usually end at 4:30 or 5:00 since agents are coming from Highland Park.</li>
