COMING SOON! You know when you see those words that something is about to happen that is a pretty big deal. Right? Yes! Park Vue of Alexandria is giving you exactly what you want. If you are like most people, your apartment search doesn’t end with what’s inside the apartment. The extras play a big part in how you are going to enjoy your living experience. Park Vue is introducing a newly upgraded fitness center, an e-lounge, and a bike station! Talk about stepping into the times! Love it!

First of all, let’s talk about the importance of an awesome fitness center. I don’t know about you, but just the thought of having a gym that I can walk to is enough to make a couple of pounds fall off my midsection instantly.  For me, the value of the apartment goes up so much more with all the right amenities. A gym with all the right equipment is a must have for many people. Having something like this in the community gives you motivation, gets rid of your monthly gym membership fee, and lets you show off to your friends when they come over! What more could you ask for? I’m ready to invite some people over and work out right now! After workout pizza on me! Just kidding…Ok Ok I’m not kidding at all. I love pizza.

So look, let’s be honest. If I don’t have my electronics with me every step I make, I get anxiety. I have to have my phone and I have to have my internet. Period. Park Vue of Alexandria is really after my heart with this upgrade. An e-lounge! Are you kidding me? So, I get to hang out lounge style, scoop up free Wi-Fi, and maybe meet some other cool Wi-Fi junkies. Sweet! I’ve been spending way too much time thinking about the Comcast and Time Warner merger. I need something like this to relax me. 

Now, I know that the other two upgrades were all about me, but this last one is good for me and the environment. Park Vue, I must say that I am impressed with how you are reducing your carbon footprint by adding a bike station for all of us “go green” fiends! Biking is so good for a number of things. Can’t you see yourself riding through the neighborhood with a gentle breeze blowing? Imagine a nice ride and then coming home and actually having a home for your bike too!  So much better than having to lug it into your apartment or having it permanently affixed to the hood of your car…if you have that kind of car…if you have a car at all. Come on…this is a metropolitan area.  This is the third bonus for me and I haven’t talked about the inside of the apartment yet! I’m sold. Where do I sign?

Lastly, there are a kajillion and one convenient nearby places. I mean, you know what they say…location, location, location! Old Town Alexandria, Crystal City, and the airport are all within reach. Then there is The Birchmere, RT’s Restaurant, and Weekend Farmer’s Market just to name a few awesome places to go. Don’t believe it? It’s time for you to head on over and take a look for yourself.
